Job Description
1. Involved in Sales and Aftersales in Region 7 & 8
2. Responsible on the increase of subscriber base, revenue and customer retention of Region 7 & 8 under Private & Government Entity.
Task List:
1. Collect payments in cash or check and record online payments.
2. Issue official receipt to the customer.
3. Encode payments to the infosystem
4. Ensure to tally the cash and check to daily collection report
5. Generate Daily/Monthly Collection Report
6. Prepare Deposit Slips and all collection within the day must be deposited the next day to the bank.
7. Assist customer complaints like billing concerns and outstanding balances. Guide them and provide relevant information
8. In-charge for monitoring and request payment for utilities, rent, OLT, PO for Gasoline etc.
9. In-charge for Petty Cash Fund and Revolving Fund10.. Verify outstanding balance of the client and request for temporary disconnection.11. In-charge for admin concern i.e permits, BIR visits
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree holder; Graduate of any business and marketing course
2. Experience in Sales & Marketing
3. Sales/Marketing experience in Telco, Medical representative, and Bank industry is an advantage
