POSITION: Accounting Software Support - ERP Cloud (Netsuite)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Facilitates the implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
*Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the client's needs
*Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
*Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy and other related fields
*Knowledgeable in Netsuite accounting software is an advantage.
*Open for fresh graduates
*Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
*Must be an effective problem solver
*Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
*Must be willing to do fieldwork
