Job Description
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for?
Must be HS Graduate or SHS Graduate
With Good to Excellent communication skills
With 6 months Call Center Experience is Preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
Savvy in computer & internet navigation
Amenable to work on site
