Job Description

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree/4 year course
-MUST have at least 6 months experience in Customer Service
-Willing to work in BGC Taguig;
-Knowledgeable with any of the following applications such as Ingenium, Prism, OJA, Sales Force CRM, Lotus Notes, and the various notes is an advantage.

Job Description:
-Conducts outbound calls to CPMA call outs in an accurate, professional, timely and polite manner using the prescribed scripts.
-Handles simple and general inbound phone inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner as well as adhere to required scripts.
-Refers request beyond scope and/or escalate as appropriate clients’ complaints if any, to his/her Team Lead.
-Logs successful calls in Sales Force within the call date and immediately refers requests beyond scope for callback to a tenured staff. ----Monitors and closes all open SRs on agreed turnaround time.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
