Job Description

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
1 year experience as Facilities Maintenance/Management or Coordination
Has a background in construction design, electrical engineering and thorough understanding of HVAC, Electrical, FDAS.
Handle, monitor and upkeep multiple properties
Knowledgeable in construction projects and project management
Highly analytical; Excellent problem solving, organizational, and technical skills
Willing to do work on site and office
Licensed - Civil Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
