Job Description

Our Philippine office is looking to hire Filipino Bilinguals who are looking for work in JAPAN.
Client will hire you directly and you should have a valid Philippine Passport.
We will secure your CV and our Japan office will process the screening interview.

■ Job Description:
You will be responsible for customer support for bilingual projects. We are looking for a wide range of people with some kind of IT work experience (1 year or more) who want to work on IT infrastructure projects using English.

■Job Summary:
Projects will be determined based on your experience and time of entry into the company. You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English.

Mainly user support operation projects, and many of the projects involve support by touching actual equipment. There are also projects involving upstream processes such as network and server construction and design.

Project examples:
Bilingual help desk work for a major foreign pharmaceutical company in Tokyo.
Mainly support for client PCs, Mobile Phones and peripherals/User support will be mainly in Japanese, and we will collaborate with overseas engineers in English.

Recommended conditions (to broaden the range of work we can introduce)
1 year or more of experience in supporting foreign companies in English
More than 1 year of IT helpdesk or user support experience
Experience in simple troubleshooting of client PCs (Windows 10)
Experience in troubleshooting problems while communicating with overseas teams in English

■Requirements:
Experience or qualification as an IT engineer
Business level Japanese and English skills (phone calls, emails, documents) Minimum JLPT N3
Able to speak and understand Japanese and English at a business level (phone calls, emails, documents).
Willingness to learn about IT technology
