Job Description

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors as soon as they enter the workplace.
• Assign guests to the proper person or office
• Respond to, filter, and transfer incoming calls.
• Ensure that the reception area is neat and well-stocked with the required materials and stationery.
• Take in, sort, and deliver daily mail and deliveries.
• Carry out additional secretarial receptionist tasks such photocopying, faxing, filing, and transcribing.

Qualifications

• Verified experience working as a front desk agent, receptionist, or in a position comparable
• Capacity to use initiative and ingenuity when problems emerge
• Superb organizing abilities
• A customer-focused mindset
