Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
Assist customers with booking flights, resolving issues, and providing information about services
Use strong analytical skills to identify and address customer concerns.
Needed Qualifications:
Completed at least one year in college
Airline experience of at least six months
Experience using GDS or reservations and ticketing tools
Customer Service Experience of at least one year
