Job Description

Responsibilities:

The customer service support representative is responsible for the following tasks:- Perform outbound physician office/facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.
Take in calls, resolve/assist concerns; transfer calls if needed.
Qualifications:

At least 2 Years in College
At least 6 months of experience in Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service/Back Office in a BPO setting
Excellent communication skills
Customer service knowledge
Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
