Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer service via voice and chat channels
Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Needed Qualifications
Must have at least six months BPO experience
Must be amenable to working from site
Must be amenable to work at our UP Town Center Site or SM North Edsa (temporary site)
