Job Description
* Process all online mall and website orders.
* Online accounts management and set-up.
* Customer relationship management.
* Study website and online mall analytics to perform appropriate changes and improvements.
* Set the landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website and online mall layout to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
* Inventory management.
* Evaluate fast-and slow-moving products weekly.
* Maintain open communication with the online platform partners on merch mix and assortment, promo ideas and activities, and special even programs participation.
