Job Description
1. Supervises the activities of the Incoming Inspection group to ensure that all raw materials received conform with the Incoming Inspection Standards set.
2. Supervises the activities of the QA Outgoing Inspection group to ensure that all finished products conform to the quality standards set by the customer.
3. Supervises the activities towards ensuring section adherence to set QA Standards and Procedures.
4. Coordinates and meets with the supplier concerning quality aspects of raw materials and recommends approval to use of such material; issues Non-conformance Report as necessary.
5. Evaluate and check quality data and recommend necessary measures for quality improvement.
6. Prepares and reports periodically, QA monthly performance, and proposed plan of action for improvement.
Qualification
~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any 4-year related course
~ Must have at least five years of working experience in the related field required for this position
~ Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
~ Knowledgeable in Internal Auditing and Document Control
~ Knowledgeable in the Kaizen approach
~ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
