Project Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
Professional Architect license is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of construction project experience is needed.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with precise calculation and design abilities.
Proficiency in estimating costs, conducting basic quantity surveys, and understanding billing processes.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Effective delegation and people management skills are necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Modelling and Rendering software is expected.
Preferably residing in Cavite.
Immediate availability is preferred.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design process for projects.
Work with clients to understand their needs and budget.
Coordinate with engineers and consultants.
Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Manage project schedules and budgets.
Review construction documents and ensure compliance.
Visit construction sites to oversee progress.
Provide guidance to architectural staff.
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Keep accurate project records and prepare reports.
