Job Description

E-commerce customer service representattive
Responsibility:
1, responsible for the use of network chat tools to communicate with customers, answer customer questions.
2, the introduction of shop products, can serve carefully, guide buyers to operate shopping, facilitate transactions, complete sales.
3, deal with customer pre-sales, sales, after-sales problems, tracking logistics and other work.
4, after-sales tracking return visit, maintain the credibility of the store, can effectively communicate with customers, maintain the store praise rate.
5, familiar with a variety of e-commerce sales skills, there are TikTok, lazada work experience is preferred).
6, complete the temporary matters assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills and adaptability, patience and affinity, strong ability to work under pressure;
