FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

QROI Networks Services Inc is leading telecommunication services provider in Philippines and has presence in other Asian Countries such as Indonesia and Myanmar. QROI provides telecommunication services; Implementation, Planning and Optimization, Project Management for all Major Telecommunication Vendors in Philippines and our core activities are deployments of highly competent field teams in Luzon and other parts of Philippines.

To ensure alignment with our corporate vision and mission, QROI is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our growing multicultural team with the following qualifications.

Requirements
• Graduate of Accountancy from a reputable university
• CPA would be a big PLUS
• Minimum 10-12 years of solid and progressive career running an Accounting/Finance Department of which 5 years holding a Managerial Role.
• Has worked in a Multinational Construction or Telecommunication company with at least 300 employees
• A strategic, logical and creative thinker
• Can turn great ideas into reality and with sound leadership skills
• An ally of numbers and figures and translate them into fluid resources
• Can lead and drive the Accounting and Finance Team

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be lead person of the organization on the following scope:
• Accounts Payables
• Accounts Receivables
• Billing & Collection
• VAT, Tax schedule and remittances
• Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Chart of accounts, Cost Center Mapping
• Company internal and external Financial Report
• Third Party Interface for all Financial matters such as BIR
• Payroll, Cash Advances and Liquidation
• Financial Report
