Qualifications:

Any 4-year course graduates with or without work experience.
Completed 2 years in college with 6 months of work experience (Customer service experience).
Above average English communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good comprehension skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
