Job Description

1. Liaising bank transactions such as cheque encashments and deposit of daily cash sales & AR collections.
2. Issue cheque payments to suppliers.
3. Petty Cash Fund/Revolving Fund custodian.
4. Assist Senior Accountant in reviewing purchases, CV’s attachments, Cash advance liquidation report and ensure all transactions were all in accordance with GMCI Accounting manual guidelines & procedures.
5. Liaise and/or assist the Senior Accountant in transacting BIR related transactions, AR & AP reconciliation with GMCI’s suppliers and clients.
6. Assist Senior Accountant in preparing various schedules for FS report.
7. Daily update of Manual Book of Accounts: Sales Journal, General Ledger.
8. Assist Senior Accountant in payroll register
9. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
