Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing Staff, focusing on promoting motorcycle aftermarket parts and accessories in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a love for motorcycles and an interest in motorcycle spare parts and accessories. This role offers the opportunity for on-the-job training in marketing, providing a
pathway for career development within the motorcycle industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn and assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote motorcycle aftermarket parts and accessories in the Philippines market.
2. Participate in market research activities to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the motorcycle industry.
3. Assist in creating engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, websites, email newsletters, print materials, and events.
4. Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
5. Gain experience in managing social media platforms and online communities, engaging with followers, and driving brand awareness.
6. Assist in analyzing marketing performance metrics and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
7. Provide support to sales teams by assisting in the development of sales tools, promotional materials, and training resources.
8. Embrace opportunities for on-the-job training and skill development in marketing, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for motorcycles and a keen interest in motorcycle spare parts and accessories.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Positive thinking and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and Filipino languages.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Salary Range: Php 25,000 per month
