Job Description

Payroll Officer responsibilities include calculating employees’ compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information.

Qualifications:
•2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime and absences
•Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax), 13th month and Tax Annualization computation
•All reports and forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies, journal and ledger entries
•Advanced MS Excel Skills
•Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills
•Ability to multitask and prioritize
•Knowledge on updated DOLE rules
