Job Description

Recruitment Supervisor

✔️ Graduate of BS/AB Psychology; BSBA Human Resource Management; or any
other related course
✔️Background in HR Recruitment is a very strong advantage
✔️ Willing to start immediately in Angeles City Pampanga

RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Responsible for posting and advertising job openings on a range of job sites,
social media and the company’s Facebook page to attract candidates.
✔️ Conduct preliminary interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
or methods to filter candidates.
✔️Organize appointments, interviews and company presentation.
✔️Assist in verifying the qualifications of applicants. As well as screening and
presenting applicants to employers.
✔️Distribute information to employers. Assists prospective employees in completing
employment application and other forms
