Job Description

LABOR RELATIONS SUPERVISOR

- Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or Human Resources or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Experience in handling employee discipline
- With at least 3 years of work experiences related to labor relations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline
- Conduct investigations (end to end process)
- Assist in formulation of company policy
- Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards
