Job Description
Responsible for processing/evaluating billings, monitoring project cost, preparing tender documents, contracts and project cost forecasting and assisting the Quantity Surveyor
EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Architecture or BS Engineering, preferably CE, ME, EE
Has a minimum of 4-years’ experience in Quantity Surveying field.
Adept in cost estimating and cost analysis (CSA or MEFPS)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
