Job Description

Behavior abilities:
1. 1-3 years of experience in 0365 administration and troubleshooting.
2. 1 year of scripting preferably but not limited to office scripting or Powershell.
3. Self motivated, eager to learn and grow in the I.S. profession
4. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
5. Customer service oriented
6. Willing to go on shifting schedule to achieve a 24x7 coverage for the team.
7. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
8. English speaking mandatory
9. French speaking nice to have
10. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
11. Ability to Understand the business constraints
12. Dedication
Technical Environment:
• 0365 Administration covering the full-suite of products
• Scripting (e.g. Office script, powershell, ansible, python)
• OS Server: Windows Server 2003, 207, 2012
• OS Client: Windows XP to Windows 10
• Microsoft Active Directory
• DNS
• Azure (or any Cloud) Administration (nice to have)
• Gsuite administration (nice to have)
