Team leader

Responsibilities:

1.Recruit the members in the team as required and reach the required number of members.
2.Supervise the members on a daily basis to ensure their daily attendance, acceptance rate and timely response rate. Supervise the member's daily results and complete KPI assessment.
3.Check the member's performance. Check for violations and provide feedback.
4.Provide members training to improve the quality of their chatting skills.
5.Provide daily, weekly and monthly data feedback and arrange next steps.
6.Other Assigned Tasks:Completion of other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1.Proficiency in English, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
2.Sensitivity to data, with good insight and analytical skills.
3.Proficient in using office software.
4.Strong management skills to enhance team execution.
5.Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous in work.
6.Prior knowledge of overseas media and customs is preferred.
7.Minimum of one year of management experience.
8.Experience in training personnel is preferred.
9.Preferred access to various platform resources.
