- Updating the details of the company’s product on different social media platforms.
- Handle social media accounts of the company.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues promptly.
- Understand client’s needs and tailor products to meet client requirements.
- Create and maintain positive client relationships.
