Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, content creation, and analytics skills to effectively manage our social media presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
2. Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
3. Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including posting updates, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring trends.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
5. Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into strategies.
7. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to enhance brand reach and credibility.
9. Implement social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization, to achieve campaign objectives.
10. Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations for improvement.
11. Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and uphold company values and guidelines in online interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or related field.
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing social media platforms for businesses.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
* Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- This is a full time position (Mon-Sat 8AM-5PM) working schedule.
