Job Description
Great Communication Skills (Verbal- Non-Verbal)
Atleast 1-2 years experience in Outbound Customer Service
Must have own Laptop & fast Internet Connection
Must have a background of Customer service booking, reservation or travel account
Can reach Monthly Quota
Must have own laptop
Job Description:
Call failed booking/transaction attempts from Guest in various hotel/s assigned
Attain Target conversion set by the team lead /or immediate supervisor
Ensure to study and continuesly learn the hotel information and its area for knowledge on guest inquiries
Coordinate if necessary to hotel point person
Achieve monthly quota
Email, Chat, or Call guest for assistance with inquiries or transaction
