Job Description
- Must be a graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or equivalent to any other course.
- With at least 6 months experience, preferrably in end-to-end recruitment process.
- With working experience with the same field is a plus.
- Humble, Hardworking, Persevere, and Optimistic
- Has a positive attitude and can work in a fast paced work environment.
- Amendable to work at E Rodriguez Sr., Cubao Quezon City.
- Can start ASAP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
- Conducting initial interview
- Coordinate orientation for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Salary:
- 16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
