Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process accredited suppliers.
Sourcing of Materials, goods and products and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
Ensure verifications and completeness of standard documents of accredited suppliers.
Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts.
Support weekly inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been re-schedule.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders payments and received stock.
Identifies equipment's for maintenance and quality checking.
Updating accredited suppliers pricing list and provide timely quotations .
Create clients Terms of reference (TOR)
Submit weekly and monthly report
Qualification:
Must be a Male
Keen to details
can work under pressure
Strong communications skills in both writing and speaking
Can work under pressure
Must be pro-active
General Knowledge to purchasing or inventory
With experience to inventory or admin is an advantage
