Job Description
Ordering and maintaining the cleaning supplies.
Conducting basic repairs and maintenance equipment.
Performing basic landscaping duties including watering plants.
Inspect utility lines, equipment, and components to identify problems and make recommendations.
Maintain and replace lights
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Inspect and test equipment to determine running and efficiency.
Running errands: loading/ unloading items into and out of the delivery vehicle
Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and other items between offices, banks, and establishments
Traveling by foot or public transportation.
Preferably living near Parañaque City
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven working experience as a Utility or Housekeeping Attendant
Honest, Reliable, and Trustworthy
Must be physically fit and can lift light to heavy weight packages
Knowledgeable in fixing minimal issues in electricity/plumbing
Must be residing in Parañaque or near
