Job Description
1. Communicate regularly with clients to maintain and monitor account health, continuously find ways to improve their experience with CLI and manage their supply chain.
2. Lead in client onboarding, create SOP’s and SI’s for proper execution by Ops
3. Scope and guide implementation stages and timelines for new opportunities, clients
4. Provide commercial inputs to customers, in collaboration with colleagues
5. Together with the CCO, set pricing guidelines / tariffs per account – together with other service providers and overseas partners. Ensuring CLI’s profitability.
