Job Description
Utilizes guidelines in responding to customer inquiries
Placing of order for delivery
Preparing shipment documents
Coordinating to the customer regarding their order.
Confirming assurance of customer’s order thru phone calls.
Text brigade the customer regarding the transaction number of their order.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Informs customer in services available and assesses customer needs.
Process online orders
Strive to resolve customer issues immediately.
Handling customer complaints
Act as a store sales assistant in Marikina branch, if there is a customer.
To perform such other tasks that the management may ask from to time.

- 15.900,00 ₱ Monthly
