Job Description

COMPANY NURSE (1)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Graduate of Nursing preferably with license
- Knowledgeable of mandated DOLE compliance
- Good in oral and written communication
- Knowledgeable in triage and emergency cases

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace and promote healthy and wellness
program
- Assist employee for consultations and medical examinations
- Can administer first aid treatment
- Monitoring of HMO
- Filing of SSS sickness and other mandated health benefits
- Organizing employees annual physical examination
- Validate medical certificates of employees and recommend
- Make assessment report regarding illnesses and accompany the patient during
emergency situation (transfer to ER)

SALARY RANGE: 18K – 25K
BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Main Office
