Job Description
Looking for an Audio Technical Agent to join our team. As an integral part of our audio technology division, you'll provide technical support and expertise to customers, troubleshooting audio equipment, software, and systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service through various channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in audio engineering or related fields, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in audio software and hardware. Salary: ₱2000 + 2000 allowance
Shift Schedule:
• Possible morning shift during training.
• Graveyard schedule (earlier shift - 10pm to 7am; latest shift - 2am - 11am
• Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off
Educational Requirement:
• Required: Completed 2nd year college
• Preferred: IT or any computer-related courses
Work Experience:
• Minimum of 6 months experience- not necessarily tech background
• If no CCE- Rec should be hiring candidates that, have IT related course or someone that is tech savvy/strong comm skills
Requirement Process:
• Harver Exam: Passing Score CEFR B2, C1, C2
• Initial Interview: All TAAs
• Technical Exam
• Final Interview: Certified TAAs
• Operations Interview
