Job Description
Take note of and execute administrative tasks.
File and Keep documents and contracts.
Organize and process files and documents.
Receive and sort daily mails.
Answer and forward incoming phone calls within 2 rings.
Ensure that the office is clean, organized, and presentable.
Update records of office expenses.
