Job Description
Other duties will involve:
-Growing and expanding the client base
-Progressing customers' businesses
-Addressing client requirements and expectations
-Interacting with client corporate offices
-Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure your clients' needs are met
-Meeting monthly targets
Qualifications & Expertise:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BDM/Account Management role
-Valuable experience in the IT Industry sector is an advantage but not required.
-Okay with occasional field work/ face to face client proposals and meetings
-Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Strong customer-centric focus, proficient in managing multiple accounts
-Confident and amiable demeanor with good verbal and written communication skills
-Goal-driven with a passion for accomplishment
