Job Description
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
- Licensed - Civil Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
- 1 year experience as Facilities Maintenance/Management or Coordination
- Has a background in construction design, electrical engineering and thorough understanding of HVAC, Electrical, FDAS.
- Handle, monitor and upkeep multiple properties
- Knowledgeable in construction projects and project management
- Highly analytical; Excellent problem solving, organizational, and technical skills
- Willing to do work on site and office
- Salary:
- 30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
