Garments Sewer

*Set up and operate industrial sewing machines.
*Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure they function correctly.
*Sew fabric pieces together using various stitching techniques, such as straight stitch, zigzag, and overlock.
*Seam finishing and edge stitching to ensure a polished appearance.
*Inspect completed garments for defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments.
*Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
*Report any issues or defects to the supervisor or quality control team.
*Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
*Work efficiently and minimize downtime.
*Notify supervisors of any production delays or machine malfunctions.
*Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
*Keep the work area clean and organized.
*Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
*Collaborate with other sewing line operators and production team members.
*Assist in training new operators when necessary.
*Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
