Mechanic

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma
• with NCII Certification (Preferably)
• Proven experience as Mechanic/Chief Mechanic
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
• A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
• Very good communication skills
• A problem-solving ability
• Very good physical strength and stamina
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle users
• Undertake other duties as assigned
• Willing to stay-in at Ugong, Valenzuela City
• Willing to render Overtime if necessary
• Can Start as soon as possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Keep track of all routine vehicle maintenance.
• Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist.
• Be available at all time if there’s a schedule of deliveries as needed.
• Must be at the warehouse/garage 15-30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Appropriate and timely reporting of needed materials for maintenance.
• Availability whenever a vehicle breaks down during deliveries and distribution as needed.
• Diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing.
• File appropriate documentation on each repair as needed.
• Writes Incident reports as needed.
• Availability to answer work related calls 24/7.
