2.Financial statement preparation&reportinng
Invertory report monthly
Sales and collection monitoring
Bank reconciliation monthly
Gerneral journal and gerneral ledger
Looseleaf books of account(GL GJ SJ PJ &CDJ)
Financial statements(balance sheet,profit &loss,cash flow statement) work with CPA
3.Tax Return Compliance
• Preparation and online Filing of the following tax returns:
1. Monthly: 1601C (Tax on Compensation), 0619E (Expanded Withholding Tax)
2.) Quarterly:
• 2550Q + VAT Relief (Alphalist of Sales and Purchases)
• 1702Q+ SAWT (Alphalist of Creditable Withholding Taxes)
• 1601EQ+QAP (Alphalist of Payees)
3.) Annual:
*0605- Annual Registration Fee
• 1604C+-Annual Alphalist of Employees+2316 (for employees)
1604E+ Annual Alphalist of Suppliers
Inventory List
• Prepare Looseleaf for BIR Submission (every January 15)
]• Documentary Stamp Tax Review
• Consultations on simple tax queries with our cooperate CPA.
