Game Development Project Management - Supervisor

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of programming languages.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create a variety of documents, including functions and graphs, and to teach.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of Game Management Assistants and Specialists by providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
• Experience working as a Game Management Supervisor or similar leadership role in a game development company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of slot machine game mechanics and player experience is preferred.

Required Education and Work Experience:

• Must be a Graduate of either Entertainment and Multimedia Computing, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, any IT-related course, or an equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the Gaming Industry.
