Job Description
BS in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
1 year experience as Fcailities Maintenance /Management or Coordinator
Has a background in construction design, electrical engineering and thorough understanding of HVAC , Electrical and FDAS
Handle, monitor and upkeep multiple properties
Highly analytical
Excellent problem solving, organizational and technical skills
Willing to do work onsite and in office
Licensed Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
