Job Description

A. Job Overview
Coordinator/Monitoring of IGS&C is in charge of overall communication of a project and considered as the front lines of a project’s community and customer support monitoring.
Handlers are accountable for collecting, investigating and reporting any and all issues encountered in the project.
They serve as the bridge between the developers and the players in terms of real time support to identify and report problems within the project.

B. Task Objectives
● To avoid decrease in related departments’ trust and to increase service satisfaction of a project by minimizing communication risks caused due to a task environment in which most cooperative departments consist of Koreans.
● To foster a smooth task environment towards internal/external related departments
● To prevent any miscommunication that may occur due to differences in languages
● To prevent task delays/omissions through scheduling
● To minimize localization issues and human errors
● To resolve issue quickly by collecting, investigating and reporting any and all issues encountered in the project
● To serve as the bridge between the developers and the players in terms of real time support to identify and report problems within the project.

C. Task Types
● Monitor project situations through our community and customer support inquiries received real time and collect trends for reporting.
● Creating monitoring reports for clients and internal personnel to track issue including editing and submitting of profanity report
● Cross-checking between Korean and English
● Inform and/or escalate issues (emergency or not) experienced or found from community / Customer support trend to project handlers according to issue propagation process.
● Consistent Monitoring CCU for Client project
● Assist internal personnel by reporting issues beforehand.
● Establishment/Adjustment of a process
● Monitoring and reporting for Illegal Site / Advertisement.
● Communicate and comply with client requests whenever the need arises.
● Support and communication for tasks that require linguistic ability in Korean
● Cross-checking between Korean and English
● Translation Tasks (Korean <->English)

D. Qualifications
● Filipino proficient in English and Korean language
● Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate
● With good verbal and written communication skills
● Proven work understanding as a Translator, Interpreter, or comparative job.
● Can work under pressure
● Ability to work with team members and multi-cultural partners.
● An open-minded attitude towards task execution
● An ability to assess the current situation with intuition when looking at a task/problem
● An ability to perform imperturbable and immediate response during an issue occurrence
● Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
● Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

E. Preferred
❖ Extensive experience and strong interest in video games. (preferably mobile games)
❖ Extensive experience with managing community pages is a strong advantage.
❖ Experience working as an interpreter/translator
❖ Experience working in game industry

F. Shift Schedule

* Five (5) days per week assignment
