Job Description
- Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
- Manage the social media account of the company's product.
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business relationships.
- Handles client/ customers' product inquiries.
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service.
- Keep detailed records of all customer's contacts
- Work with the sales team to identify market demand, target sales, and other opportunities for new growth and development.
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
