Key Account Officer

Responsibilities:

Proactively build all aspects of sales funnel, leveraging tools to track and communicate progress.
Develop and execute strategic account penetration plans, to drive profitable short-term and long-term growth.
Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required project team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.
Close sales to meet/exceed financial objectives.
Understand and effectively communicate all services offerings, including emergency repair (break/fix), preventive maintenance, scheduled work, installations, relocations and long-term contracts.
Tailor the value proposition message for services offerings based on customer needs.
Gain strong command of customer needs and market opportunities to position our solutions, and to provide input into the larger organization future roadmaps/plans.
Travel to customer job sites if required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1 year of solution sales experience in HVAC industry
