Job Description
Job Summary:
· The successful candidate shall spend 50% of the time on the entire recruitment process. It includes planning, role defining, sourcing, interviewing, decision making and onboarding in collaboration with the HR Manager.
· The remaining 50% will be on Learning and Development, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, and HR Records Control.
· To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills: communication, analysis, strategic, interpersonal; and qualities such as resourcefulness, initiative, empathy, keen on details, and the passion for people engagement and communication, and HR dynamics.
