Job Description
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️ With at least 6 months voice call center experience handling US accounts.
✔️ Manage Social Media
✔️ Digital Marketing
✔️ Website Management
✔️ Google Ads
✔️ SEO Optimization
✔️ Research on market trends for content creation and improving Social Media engagement
Qualifications:
✔️ Organized, Attentive, and keen on details
✔️ At least 2 years experience with Social Media Management and Marketing
✔️ Experience with basic SEO (ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, NetInsights, among others)
✔️ Experience with running FB Ads
✔️ Experience with Google Ads
✔️ Experience in designing using Canva
✔️ Handled different types of social media such as Facebook, Threads, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, among others
✔️ Tech-Savvy
