Automation Specialist (Zapier)

We are looking for analytical and problem solver Zapier Automation Specialist that has work experience maintaining automated workflows in Monday.com and MS Admin tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Design, set up and implement efficient and effective automations from Zapier to other platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Admin, and streamline the process from data entry to CRM Systems.
- Maintain and optimize existing automation using Zapier, ensuring they are up-to-date with our operational requirements with Monday.com
- Work closely with the team to understand our workflow needs and develop custom automation strategies to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within our current processes and implement automation solutions accordingly.
- Document and develop a SOP for the different business process and departments

Qualifications:
- Solid work experience1-2 years of experience in Process Automation and proficient in using Zapier and Monday.com (CRM)
- Solid experience with Zapier, including creating complex Zaps, managing webhooks, and understanding API integrations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and how they can integrate with various applications and services to improve business processes
- With problem-solving mindset with the ability to create efficient automation workflows that meet the business needs.

Technical Requirements
- Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up
- Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)
- Back up internet connection (at least 30-50 mbps)
