Job Description
You will also guide our newbies in their A-bay training up to their nesting period.
In greater details, here are the tasks that you will be responsible for:
Responsible for consistently delivering high-quality client training programs while adhering to the Company's training methodology.
Facilitate training approach alignment and adherence to the Company's onboarding, New Hire Training, and A-Bay playbook requirements.
Assist in the smooth integration of agents into Operations by supervising them via training courses and A-Bay
Responsible for administering training surveys at the conclusion of New Hire Training and A-Bay in order to measure and report on training effectiveness.
Assesses training needs and learning styles.
Here are the qualifications that is nice to have:
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in call center operations and/or prior experience in customer service and training experience in a service industry required; BPO/call center experience preferred
This is to be profiled to a FINANCIAL CAMPAIGN.
