Job Description
Position: CSR
Nature of Business: Blended account (voice/non-voice)
Schedule: Shifting - depending on client business needs
Set Up: Pure onsite – BGC, Taguig
Highest Educational Attainment: College Graduate (any courses) or 2nd year completed undergraduate.
Salary Range: up to 30K package
Interview Process: HR interview (Phone) > Final Interview (Virtual, MS Teams)
Qualifications:
- 1- 2 years of experience BPO/Customer Service
- Handled finance and accounting accounts preferred
- Functional working experience in ERPs like SAP / S4 Hana preferred
- Good Analytical and Communication Skills
- Basic Communication Skills
- MS Office & Excel Skills
- Salary:
- 30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
